Our applied programs are piloted, measured, and revised based on outcome data. They operate on a sliding-scale and scholarship model; surplus revenue funds research.
A daily skill-building program for attention, perception, decision-making, and metacognitive clarity.
MindWorkIn is a structured program of brief daily practices designed to strengthen the cognitive faculties that underlie clear thinking: attention regulation, perceptual calibration, decision quality, and metacognitive awareness. Each practice is brief, evidence-based, and measurable.
Cognitive psychology, mindfulness research, learning science, and the Perceptual Practice Framework.
Pilot program in development. Initial cohort of 200 participants planned for Year 1. All outcomes will be published openly, including null and negative results.
A structured curriculum on recognition, regulation, inquiry, and integration — built on the Emotional Architecture Framework.
A multi-week program that teaches emotional life as a skill domain. Participants learn to recognize what they're feeling, regulate intensity without suppression, inquire into what an emotion is communicating, and integrate that insight into aligned action.
Emotion-focused therapy, affective neuroscience, dialectical behavior therapy, and contemplative traditions.
This program is preventive skill-building for the general population. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy or psychiatric care. Participants with clinical needs are referred to licensed providers.
In development. Pilot planned for Year 2, contingent on Ethics Committee approval.
A structured curriculum on values clarification, partnership skills, and deliberate decision-making for adults considering long-term partnership.
An adult-education program that supports more deliberate partnership decisions. Participants articulate their values, build self-knowledge of their attachment and communication patterns, learn to evaluate compatibility, develop partnership communication skills, and practice decision discipline.
Relationship science (Gottman Institute research, Finkel's work, attachment theory), longitudinal pairing studies, and decision science.
In research phase. Curriculum development planned for Year 3.
We'll let you know when pilot programs open enrollment, and when we publish research updates.
